Eleven Mile Reservoir continues to fish good for trout, along with some kokanee salmon being caught. The fly fishing bite seems to be getting going on Spinney Reservoir, for when we've flushed trout bellies piles of fat scuds pour out. There are some established deep water weedbeds leftover from the winter that are holding good scuds in the 13-16 FOW. Focusing efforts around the weedbeds seems to be paying off with good size trout. Pike fishing Eleven Mile is still slow, however pike fishing Spinney seems to becoming more consistent. FishOn! FishHead Outdoors |

AuthorFishing is not a hobby, it's my lifestyle. If I'm not on the water, I'm thinking about being on the water. Obviously obsessed, the fishing journey has carried me across the Rocky Mountains eventually across the states, where I encountered the term "FishHead" for the first time. "FishHead" - a person who is completely consumed by the thoughts of fishing; an incurable sickness caused by fishing that consumes a person during all awake hours and usually persists throughout the sleep cycle.
